100 Egg Free Paleo Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (2024)

I know the challenge of finding recipes to fit multiple food restrictions, so I hope this thorough list of egg free paleo recipes will provide welcome variety in your diet. Currently, I’m following the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol which excludes grains, dairy, nuts/seeds, nightshades and eggsto heal my gut. Many, but not all, the recipes here are suitable for Autoimmune Paleo.

I’ve denoted which recipes contain ground nuts/seeds or almond flour and kept these recipes to a minimum while maintaining variety. That’s because I believe almond flour, as well as other nut/seeds flours and butters, should be enjoyed thoroughly on occasion but kept in moderation due to the anti-nutrient properties which I discuss here.

What about egg free paleo main dishes?

I intentionally omitted a Egg Free Paleo Main Dish section, since it’s much more difficult to find egg free paleo baked goods, breakfast ideas and desserts than main dishes. Protein and veggies are naturally egg free, but paleo breads and treats aren’t. If you are interested in a variety of egg free paleo main dish recipes, however, please see my Paleo Main Dish Pinterest Board and Autoimmune Paleo Pinterest Board. For the same reason, I didn’t invest time in an Egg Free Paleo Soups section, because you probably aren’t challenged to find egg free soup recipes.
